Well-rounded — You get a broad set of skills and support to ensure you can truly inhabit your voice in a way that feels natural, affirming, and flexible (your affirmed voice shouldn’t be dependant only on pitch). See below for the module breakdown!
Structured — A barrier to inhabiting an affirmed voice is a lack of structure. All solid things require solid foundations, and structure allows us to do that. In this course, you’ll gradually build up and integrate the different skills, physiological conditions, and mindset that are most conducive to help you meet your goals.
Community — While totally optional, members of the course are welcome to join our growing community of practitioners via our online workshops and meet-ups where folks can share their journeys and questions. These are announced privately via our newsletter (if you’ve opted to receive it) to protect your privacy.
This course does not expire nor require you to submit any kind of work, so you get to manage your own pace and progress.
The process of embodying your voice voice isn’t linear or definite, so this course is designed to be your companion through time. You may revisit and pick-and-choose what you need as you go.
The time commitment will depend on your goals for your target voice. Around 15 minutes of dedicated daily practice is usually recommended to ensure you maintain your level of progress at the start.

With your purchase of this course, you’ll have an opportunity to connect with me one-on-one over a 30-minute Zoom call. This is our chance to meet and for you to ask any questions about the program after familiarizing yourself with the course content. After discussing your unique goals, I’ll provide you with some tips to make sure you are set up for success.
10 Video Modules

I’ll show you how to perform your own acoustic assessment, walk you through exercises for changing your pitch, and you’ll even learn how to manipulate the size and shape of your vocal tract to create brighter or darker features in your voice. I also include video examples from my 1-1 coaching sessions so you can see these exercises in action!
Course Workbook

At the beginning of the course, you’ll get instant access to a module workbook. The workbook contains written step-by-step instructions for how to complete each of the exercises throughout the course. You’ll also use it to keep track of your progress.
