Nervous System Regulation
Through my work with hundreds of clients worldwide, I've seen how a dysregulated nervous system can hinder voice progress. This led me to study the nervous system and pursue certifications in somatic modalities like yoga, breathwork, and Somatic Experiencing. Helping clients in these areas has not only supported their voice work but also improved their overall well-being. In this course, I’ll teach you about the vagus nerve, help you understand survival responses (fight, flight, freeze, fawn), introduce Polyvagal Theory, and guide you through embodiment techniques.
Mindset Coaching
As a certified practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), I specialize in helping clients shift subconscious blocks that prevent them from finding their affirmed voice. Within the course, we’ll do a deep dive into the subconscious mind, explore how limiting beliefs are formed, and learn strategies to shift these beliefs, creating lasting change that supports your voice goals.
