When we connect with our sensations and tune into the wisdom of our bodies, we can begin to unearth the patterns that keep us stuck. Rather than numbing, dissociating, or minimizing, we learn to listen to these sensations as sources of guidance. Somatic practices—working directly with the body—offer us the capacity to reshape these patterns and create space for intentional, value-driven change.  

Through practices like breathwork, hypnotherapy, and other body-based tools, we can begin to release the survival strategies that no longer serve us. This isn’t just about healing; it’s about embodying a new way of being, one where we have more choice, agency, and alignment in our lives. The body is how we transform. And because the body is always capable of change, you have the capacity to create a shape that feels true to who you are and the life you want to live.  This journey isn’t about fixing yourself—it’s about coming home to yourself, fully and unapologetically.

Hi, I’m Jordan Majdalani,

I’m a speech pathologist and gender-affirming voice coach, and my work has always been about helping people express themselves in ways that feel true and aligned. Over the years, I’ve seen that lasting change—whether in voice, mindset, or confidence—goes deeper than technique alone. That’s what led me to expand my practice to include tools that support both the mind and the body.

I’ve trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), which focuses on the connection between our thoughts, language, and patterns of behavior, helping to reframe limiting beliefs and create new, more empowering ways of thinking. I’m also currently studying somatic experiencing, a body-based approach that works with the nervous system to gently release stored stress and trauma.

I’ve found these approaches especially supportive for queer and trans folks because they honor the deep wisdom of the body while helping to unlearn survival strategies shaped by personal and systemic experiences.
